Software for Hardware Releases New Management Dashboard
(Jan 29, 2024) Software for Hardware releases its v.15.2 Management Dashboard in an update to all customers.
Designed to help SFH users become more productive and proactive, the dashboard is now the first screen users see when logging into the project management software. The dashboard is made of 10 customizable data tiles that allow users to quickly locate real-time business data, find frequently used records, be alerted of action items, and see an overview of progress.
The tiles can be swapped in and out per user. Software for Hardware recommends that business owners assign specific authorization levels to each user to create dashboards with tiles best suited for their roles.
The 10 current tiles are: Active Contract Quotes, Active Sales Proposals, Closing Ratio, Contract Jobs with Open Purchase Orders, Gross Profit Margin, Important External Documents, Open Change Orders, PO Status Quick Action, Unexported Purchase Orders, and Unexported Packing Slips.
Software for Hardware dedicates itself to incorporating customer feedback throughout the development process of new features. The company asked its Customer Council members to test a beta version of the dashboard to collect insights to develop the final version. The team plans to add more tiles in the future based on feedback from all customers.
